$30 registration fee (per family) $19 per class $95.50 recital recording and costume fee, additional costumes $65.50 (Mini, Junior) *exception: Yoga for Dancers – no recital fee $119.50 recital recording and costume fee, additional costumes $89.50 (Pre-Teen, Teen) *exception: Yoga for Dancers – no recital fee Tuition will be prorated once the session is in progress. Tuition is paid at the time of enrolment. The enrolment may be transferred to another camp, space permitting. No refunds will be given.
5 Day Camps (Mon-Fri): $349.95
A $50 non-refundable deposit is charged at the time of enrolment. The balance is charged on March 1st for March Break Camps or July 1st for Summer Camps. After that time, no refunds will be given. Students may transfer to another camp, space permitting.
Session length September 2nd to June 25th, as the school year. When registering it is assumed that dancers are taking a class place for the entire session.
Class Absence Tuition is due regardless of a dancer’s attendance in class.
Make Up Classes Dancers may make up missed classes at another class of the same or lower level, up to a maximum of 3 classes per Session.
Class Transfers We will do our best to switch dancers to another class if requested, space permitting. An additional costume fee may apply to Recreational classes if recital costumes have already been purchased for the group. We reserve the right to refuse a class transfer if it is too close to the recital for the student to properly prepare for the performance.
Withdrawal Dancers may withdraw within four weeks of joining. Notice of withdrawal must be emailed to [email protected] Verbal notice or continued absenteeism are not considered notice of withdrawal. After the four week grace period is finished, tuition fees are due regardless of the dancer’s attendance in class. Please keep that in mind when scheduling other seasonal activities.
Cancellation Classes may be cancelled due to extreme weather. No refunds will be issued. Classes may be made up at another class of the same or lower level within one month.
Taxes HST is added to all tuition.
Payment Methods: Visa or MasterCard. Interac etransfer is only available to customers paying in full.
Declined Payments/Late Payments A one week grace period is granted to declined or expired cards. After that a $5 late fee will be added.
