Session length Our programs begin Sunday September 10th and run alongside the TDSB school year. When registering it is assumed that dancers are taking a class place for the entire Session.
Class Absence Tuition is due regardless of a dancer’s attendance in class.
Make Up Classes Make up classes can be booked through the Parent Portal at any time. Dancers may make up missed classes at another class of the same or lower level, up to a maximum of 3 classes per Session.
Class Transfers We will do our best to switch dancers to another class if requested, space permitting. An additional costume fee may apply to Youth classes if recital costumes have already been purchased for the group. We reserve the right to refuse a class transfer if it is too close to the recital for the student to properly prepare for the performance.
Withdrawal Notice of withdrawal must be emailed to [email protected]. Verbal notice or continued absenteeism are not considered notice of withdrawal. A cancellation fee of one month’s tuition will be charged at the time of withdrawal. Our programs are designed for year long participation (Sept-June). Please keep in mind when scheduling other seasonal activities.
Cancellation Classes may be cancelled due to extreme weather or other emergencies. No refunds will be issued. Classes may be made up at another class of the same or lower level within one month.
Taxes HST is added to all tuition.
Payment Methods: Pre-authorized monthly payments by Visa or MasterCard. Interac etransfer is only available to customers paying for the Session in full.
Declined Payments/Late Payments A one week grace period is granted to declined or expired cards. After that a $5 late fee will be added.
Tuition will be prorated according to the start date once the Session is in progress.
The Pointe Dance Centre classes run alongside the TDSB schedule. No classes will run on Statutory Holidays, school holiday breaks and P.A. Days. Tuition is based on the full session split into 10 equal payments for billing clarity.
